KWorld Support in UK

KWorld Global provides technical support for the UK customers.
Important tips to ensure you get a prompt response from the technical support team in UK.

1. The customers must be in the UK, the support form will check your IP address and if is not resolved in the UK, or is unknown the support enquiry will be declined.
2.  Answer all the questions correctly, simply writing “my TV card is not working” is not sufficient information, The support team need to know the exact product name and the details of your problem; Is your TV card connected to your computer at all? Do you get an error message? Did you know there is a CD and you need to install the driver and the software before using your TV card?
3. When submitting the technical support form, it will be analysed by computer software to ensure all the parts are relevant. Example product name, platform and the software should match each other, if it doesn’t you will receive a decline email, either automatically or from our technical support team.
4. If you want to reply the emails, it would be much faster to copy and paste your conversations in the form and submit the support form again, rather than replying the support email address.
