A- Yes.

Q-- Is IPTV-LIVEQ Mac compatible?
A- Unfortunately not. It supports Windows only.

Q-Will IPTV-LIVEQ work with a USB 1.1 connection?
A- No, IPTV-LIVEQ requires 2.0 USB connection.

Q-Can more than one person watch TV at the same time from different places?
A- Yes. Several people can access the home TV. However, you can all only view the same channel.

Q-Can someone at home watch one TV show while I watch another on my laptop?
A- No. Only one channel can be viewed. The purpose of IPTV-LIVEQ is for your personal use via your personal computer. The home television is not affected though as IPTV-LIVEQ only needs to be connected via your computer.

Q-Is IPTV-LIVEQ powered from the USB link or is there an external power supply?
A- IPTV-LIVEQ is powered solely from the USB link. No external power supply is necessary.

Q-Does my computer need to be switched on in order for me to watch TV elsewhere?
A- Yes. It needs to be switched on with IPTV-LIVEQ fully connected. You also need to have a full internet connection.

Q-Does IPTV-LIVEQ come with a remote control?
A- No it doesn’t.

Q-Does IPTV-LIVEQ have a monthly fee?
A- No. there is no additional fees.

Q-If I have IPTV-LIVEQ connected at home can I watch TV on my phone? I can get the internet on my phone.
A- As long as you have a full internet connection and a web browser so that you can log in to Cyberlink then you can watch TV and access your documents.

Q-Does IPTV-LIVEQ support teletext?
A- - It only supports Teletext on Analogue TV and DVB standard Teletext on Digital TV, which is normal throughout most of Europe. Unfortunately UK digital teletext is not DVB standard.

Q-How many channels can I watch if I have IPTV-LIVEQ?
A- IPTV-LIVEQ allows you to watch both analogue and digital TV, so it depends on how many channels you can receive in your particular area. Check www.freeview.co.uk for details.
